With effect from the 2nd May, 2008, the Dyserth Community Council adopted by resolution under the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2008 (Welsh Assembly Government) ‘Members’ Code of Conduct’. The Code was updated on the 13th October, 2014, and under the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016 – the Community Council adopted the updated model on the 9th May, 2016.
