This page provides the current and previous year’s Agendas of the Community Council meetings. Copies of further previous years’ Agendas can be obtained from The Clerk to the Community Council upon request.

The Agendas will be available to view at least three days before the Council meeting.
The Community Council meetings are generally held on the second Monday of the month (except August and December, when there are no meetings) and commence at 7.00pm. Meetings are normally held in The Pavilion Building (Off Thomas Avenue) (Please check the monthly agenda to confirm venue). Residents of the community are welcome to address the Council Members for a reasonable period of time at the commencement of the meeting. Members of the press are also welcome to attend meetings. Should any resident, or press member wish to connect to a meeting by audio, please advise the Clerk to the Council by providing at least three days notice prior to the meeting date.
